Things to Do

** Timezone Change **

Please ensure to keep an eye on the time while adventuring in the Rogers Pass area. Heather Mountain Lodge is located in Mountain Standard Time (same as Alberta), but closely borders the time-change zone. If you travel further west (towards Revelstoke), you will leave the Mountain Standard Time zone and enter Pacific Time (1 hour earlier).

We would be sad to see you miss the wedding!

Things to do on Saturday & Sunday

The wedding ceremony doesn't start until 3pm (Mountain Standard Time) on Saturday (with some getting ready time needed beforehand, of course!).

Therefore you will have time to spare on Saturday prior to the wedding, and Sunday following the farewell brunch to explore the area.

Here is a list of small hikes and sites to see in Rogers Pass. Also make sure to chat with the staff at Heather Mountain Lodge for other tips - they are experts on the area!
